Lawsuits. What are they?

A lawsuit is a civil action brought before a court of law in which a plaintiff, a party who claims to have received damages from a defendant's action, seeks a legal or equitable remedy.

It's all very complicating, so I'll sum it up for you people.

Lawfuckingsuits are what happens when someone sues another party. Sue-ing happens when someone is not satisfied or unhappy with the other, and decides to take Legal action for it. It's mostly about money problems.

Let's say guy X sues guy Z. *this story is totally unrelated to me or anyone I know. It's just a story* At first, they were good friends. So X decided to invest into Z's company. But the investment didn't turn out as planned, so X lost quite a sum of money - which is totally not Z's fault. Z runs the company, but he doesn't run anything else, like the economy or his costumers. So it's not his fault things didn't turn out like planned. So X was upset and decided to take legal action and sue Z, 'cuz he thinks it's Z's fault for not investing it properly.
So then the case went on, and X couldn't prove that Z was at fault. But X still won the case anyway, and Z had to pay for something that he didn't do.

HOW?? WHY???

Probably because the judge was or something, or maybe because he received a bribe from X.
